
Alicia Harrison is a Certified Professional Fitness
Trainer for the individual, group or corporate
wellness environment. She earned her B.S. in
Kinesiology at Texas A&M University. Following her
experience at The Cooper Fitness Facility in Dallas,
Texas as well as The Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa
in Houston, Texas, she is self employed and working
with a variety of clientele inside the loop of
Houston, Texas.
Alicia’s 10 years of experience has allowed her to
work with a variety of individuals. She specializes
in strength training, program design, weight
management, nutritional counseling, as well as some
special populations including osteoporosis, low back
health and pain management. Her collegiate softball
experience allows her to work with individuals
seeking more sports specific conditioning. Her
experience has shown a success in group boot camps
or individual boot camp style training. This is
ideal for the competitor, weekend warrior or anyone
who is looking to take their fitness progress to the
next level.
As a Figure Competitor in 2009 and 2010, Alicia has
experienced the work required for physical change at
an intense level. Nutritional intake is just as
important, if not more. Change requires time,
commitment, hard work, and a strong vision of your
goals ahead.
Whatever your fitness level or needs, they can be
made a reality. Whether you want to train from
inside your personal home, outside in the park, or
in Alicia’s personal studio in Mid-town, she can
help you reach your personal goals.
Incorporating exercise into your daily routine is
imperative to maintaining the highest quality of
life. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle are the key
to maintaining physical health and functionality at
the very minimum. It takes commitment to excel
beyond.
