Private training from your personal home gym. If you do not have a home gym but have the space to contain a gym, I will assess your specific needs and design and gym that will allow you to get the same at-home workout you can get at any local gym.
 

Private Training
Personalized training with a program designed specifically for your needs and goals. Training can take place:
-In your home
  -One 2 One Training Center
  -In the park for a total body outdoor workout


Corporate Training
Personalized strength and conditioning for the individual or the group. Consultation times are available for nutritional consultation, personalized program design, circumference measurements and skin fold body fat composition calibration. Lunch and learn seminars are also available for the busy corporate business person.
