Find a program that fits
you best. But remember you come first. Think about your goals. Make
them specific and attainable. Set your goals at 30 days, 12 weeks, 6
months and a year out. Make sure you have a plan and know how you
will get there. This is your first step to a healthier you.
Make sure your plan is a
good balance of nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular
training and also very important…sleep. Think of it as a class you
are taking. If you are maintaining all four of these, you get an A.
Minus one, you make a B. Minus all 4…I think you can figure it out.
Whatever you do, make
sure it is something you can maintain. Getting healthy and staying
healthy is not easy. It is a lifestyle change. And the changes you
make today are the changes you know you can maintain for a healthier
and stronger you. Get motivated! Take control. Your strength will
